Welcome to TriFREAK!   Founded by a legitimate TriFREAK,  we are a world-class organization that is everything triathlon.  We understand that a triathlon is not just an event.  Triathletes are committed to a way of life that culminates in the events that bring us together.

Starting with the highly successful Federal Escape Triathlon in 2005, we are fast becoming synonymous with the premier events of the Pacific Northwest. Joining The Federal Escape on our 2007 roster are The TriFREAK Indoor Triathlon Championship, The SGC Triathlon, The Ocean Shores Big Weekend Tri and Foot Fest and The Escape From The Gorge Triathlon - the new Northwest qualifier for The Escape from Alcatraz.  And now with The Newly Updated TriFREAK.com site featuring The Northwest's most comprhensive TriCalendar, my own Diary of a TriFREAK and Coaching by DC Suiter our hope is to establish TriFREAK.com as the Northwest's premier on-line destination.
